I recently sold my home and would highly recommend Alex to anyone selling their property.            Alex helped with the entire process from beginning to end. The original auction was unsuccessful due to rising interest rates and un-stable economic conditions, but Alex helped with the process of changing it to a private sale.      I was upset and dis-orientated at the auction passinng in, however Alex remained confident when we encounter challenges and always kept us on target. He worked hard to maintain  weekly open inspections and attended  every single inspection requested by buyers,he said he took the lap top with him when  camping in order answering enquiry or set up inspection's  booking !                           Alex was 100% professional at all time,patient with buyer/seller and knew when to be aggressive in order to get buyer under contract  and that was why he secured a smooth  sale and an excellent price for my house.            I do not write a review for anyone but this is an exception.To Alex, I appreciate your  help and wish you nothing but the 'BEST' in the future.    Thankyou!

In a declining market, Karl's local knowledge while selling multiple properties in the area ensured a large number of protective buyers. Our unit stood out from the crowd due to Karl's marketing expertise. His recommendation (and followup) of a great staging, photography and conveyancer was also excellent. Our two bedroom unit look larger than what we ever lived in - mum couldn't believe it was the same place on her last visit.
