Rae was super knowledgeable and helpful as I was buying my first block of land. She was efficient when it came to being the communicator between the owner and myself which made the official documentation process easier and eliminated any misunderstanding. All over, a wonderful lady who constantly went out of her way to ensure I was fully understanding of what was happening and even left recommendations for contractors for my future build. Highly recommend vendors and buyers to contact Rae for their properties.

We could not recommend Paul more highly. From the outset, we knew he was a ‘safe pair of hands’. Highly personable, extremely knowledgeable and professional, we were confident that Paul and his team would sell our home. He did, far quick than anticipated. He regularly communicated with us and was a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend him to anyone considering selling.

We were so incredibly lucky to be able to purchase our home through Rae. It was a journey and half, using the newly released MyHome Scheme, and all the teething issues that can come with new government incentives, but Rae was there with us for the whole thing. From the start of the journey, when we first fell in love with the house, and put forward our first offer, Rae was there to support us and explain the process the whole time. She never wavered, and gave her time to explain the ins and outs of purchasing a home, which unless you have done it before, you just aren’t aware of. Rae connected with our story and our dream, and was able to really take that to owners and fight for us, while getting the outcome that they also deserved. I cannot fault Rae’s service, experience and communication at all. We could not have asked for anything more, and still she went above and beyond to make this process as smooth as possible, even with all its twists and turns. Amazing person, amazing service, amazing agent!

We've sold our investment property with Paul. He's very understanding, professional and made the process very easy for us even though we're located interstate. The sell of our property had some challenges as it was during the property market downturn but we were able to navigate those challenges due to Paul's expertise and advice. Overall, we're very happy with the service received and would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

Paul and Di were very pleasant to deal with and always on time. Paul's market appraisal was spot on and sold our property in 1 week from putting it on the market.

Paul is one of those agents who actually respond and responds quickly to your enquiry. I have known Paul for a number of years and have witnessed the establishment and growth of his business. He continues to immerse himself in his area of speciality - Trevallyn, where he is indeed a specialist and expert. We purchased a property from his vendor and yet, he spent a lot of time with us when we travelled from Sydney to view the property. He arranged for the tenants to allow us to view the property on a very busy Saturday and also was present for a pre settlement inspection, above and beyond the call of duty. We highly recommend Paul and Flanagan real estate to everybody looking for true, honest, reliable, friendly, personable expertsin the field of selling houses.

Rae went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. She knew the fine details of the house and was genuinely invested in the property, the owner and us as purchasers.

Rae Smith is an Agent that goes ‘above and beyond’ expectations, works at amazing capacity, has defined high professional standards, whilst maintaining consistency with highly personable communication skills and demeanour. I could not have received any more professional assistance than I received from Rae Smith over a period of 4-5 months. Unexpectedly I purchased a house in Hobart’s competitive market and urgently needed to place my house on the market at a time that was considered historically as not the most opportune time to sell. Rae worked at considerable speed, efficiency and thoroughness in putting together a marketing strategy within record time. Throughout the entire process, Rae respectfully considered my views and adapted to changes that I requested with ease and thoughtfulness. On the numerous occasions (often outside usual agents’ times) that she greeted prospective buyers, Rae always presented with a positive and enthusiastic demeanour whilst providing them with the information required and continuously followed up with procedures whilst keeping me thoroughly informed. During the Christmas period amidst a climate of uncertainty with Covid, borders opening up, impending election, dire world events and threat of interest rises, Rae continued to sustain the level of commitment and enthusiasm previously demonstrated and adapted marketing strategies creatively and flexibly to secure the sale of my home. The task of selling the family home of 37 years was emotively very challenging for me and Rae went out of her way to be sensitively supportive whilst maintaining a professional overview of the entire process. Rae would refer to her contacts and provide me with information for the building report (which she paid for), conveyancing solicitors, cleaning companies and the smaller issues that can present overwhelming collectively. Rae Smith presented as the most consummate professional agent that ensured the sale of my family home to the right buyer.

The whole process of buying a house is very daunting but it did not feel that way with Rae. Rae was able to simplify the entire process and gave us confidence at every step of the way. She not only kept us informed but constantly went the extra step of providing her own guidance along the way. Finally, Rae has a very warm, sincere and professional demeanour and her work ethic is second to none. She is a 'real' gem of the real estate industry of Launceston.
