10/10 Rae. Wow! is a close as one can get, not enough words, no praise high enough for this gem.

"Tell me about your house" - winning words. After engaging with four agents several weeks pre-market and with much work still to be done (all given the same brief - bring your vision), this invitation was music to my ears.
