We first met Golan about 4 years ago when he showed us through a property which was being built and almost at completion stage . Although we did not purchase that property , we were impressed at the knowledge that Golan had about the location and value for money in the suburb . So much so that when our uncle passed and left us his apartment in his will , Golan was the first and only agent we contacted to help sell the apartment . We were correct in choosing Golan , as in a week or two , even without any advertising , Golan had a buyer who was very keen and offered the asking price . Golan kept us informed throughout and even helped in disposing of the old furniture in the apartment . We would definitely recommend Golan to anyone interested in buying or selling a property .
