Oren went above and beyond during the sale of property. Not only undertaking the typical sales activities but also managing the renovation work leading up to the sale. Oren’s communication was probably the highlight of the experience often speaking with us every day and having honest and open conversations about the potential for sale and expected price. Oren guided us through the process in a very professional manner and I would not hesitate to work with him again and recommend him to anyone selling their property.

We were pretty picky with choosing an agent. We usually despise Real Estate agents and this was our first property sale so we didn't want to get it wrong. We met with 5 agents before going with Oren. We went with Oren in the end because: 1. He was a pushy, not-afraid-to-get-your-hands-dirty kind of guy. That's who you want selling your place. Like a dog with a bone, he'll just push and push and push. 2. He knew his stuff. 3. He didn't talk BS. He was honest and told us what we needed to know. 4. His commission was competitive. 5. We just felt in our gut that he was right for us. Hard to explain but we liked his style. Why we didn't regret going with Oren: 1. He owns his agency; he doesn't have to run anything past anyone. Decisions get made and things get done, QUICKLY. 2. Oren took care of everything. He gave us good advice and took on the stressful aspects of the sale. With young kids and other stressful things happening in our lives, this was amazing. 3. Communication was exceptional. I wasn't expecting the Whatsapp group chats but it was so reassuring being told what was happening, as they happened! 4. Impressive networks. Oren helped us secure a buyer before having to go to auction. He saved us from weeks of stress, inspections and at least $10K in getting the property ready for sale. Overall, Oren was very good to deal with. I may have to reassess despising all real estate agents from now on...?
