My husband & I commissioned Oren Flamm, from Hodges Real Estate Caulfield, some 5 weeks ago, to sell our, much loved, family home. It was the best decision we ever made. He was at all our “open for inspections” giving us a detailed account of those that expressed interest and all feedback on possible purchasers.
