Oren was always in touch (unlike an agent from a local competing agency) and made sure that our expectations were realistic. He successfully negotiated an acceptable sale price that was above our reserve. On an auction day, you are at the mercy of how many possible purchasers are pesent or represented. In our case, there was not strong interest so when we received a firm offer before auction, Oren negotiated out restrictive terms and increased the offer to an acceptable level. We have NO hesitation in strongly recommending Oren to any vendor, and Flare have also been excellent rental property managers.
