Fantastic vendor experience with Oren and Flare. Supportive, professional and performed brilliantly

People actually came up to us after the auction and said how good it was... So... we were selling our property, and the truth was that we needed a lot of support along the way. From practical things like repairs, renovations, preparation and contracts, to emotional things like our expectations and anxiety about the whole process. Oren was there the whole way, never took more than a minute or two to update us or provide advice. He managed all renovations, repairs, the lot really, and the place looked fantastic by the time the photographer showed up, which was impressive because it was a matter of days after getting keys. He had a great strategy for auction day, and that strategy worked to the letter of how he described it to us. Auction day was fantastic, most notably in terms of the brilliant result, but also in his style - really classy, effective and charismatic auctioneer. So yeah, pretty great experience ;)
