An open/ inclusive approach

When you have no experience in the field of real estate I believe it is very difficult to not only find a knowledgeable agent but one who communicates in an honest and authentic manner. Oren absolutely did this. I always felt we were on the same page moving forward with my sale so that absolutely nothing came as a surprise. There was a contingency plan for all eventualities. Even on auction day, I was confident that we had all done our very best to get to this point. The auction was both relaxed and professional. He absolutely knew all of the poignant facts relating to my sale which he passed on to those gathered with sincerity and humour. Before selecting Flare as my company of choice I had watched several auctions and it was Oren who won me over. When initially I was procrastinating as to my next step a friend wisely said “ just go with your gut “ I did and I could not be happier with that decision. During pre auction discussions, I knew our plan and was confident in it. But as we know there are a lot of variables with auctions hence some unknowns. My result yesterday was way beyond all expectations both emotionally and financially. I am thrilled to supply my few words in support of Oren and his team and would without hesitation recommend them to anyone beginning their journey. My greatest fear at the start of our collaboration which is how it feels now was being out of my depth during a time when my choices were extremely important to my future financial security.
