We were comfortable with Brett from day one, when we were just toying with the idea of selling. We communicated on and off for a few months seeking market information, which Brett duly provided, before deciding to go for it. It was an easy working relationship, Brett was very professional prompt and efficient. We appreciated that he came back to us with frequent updates, how each showing was received, when or whether to adjust our pricing. We believe all this helps a seller make informed decisions. So overall we're glad Brett was with us. There was only one flaw and that was a recommendation (at our request though) of a solicitor to act on our behalf iro the sale. Unfortunately we were not happy with the recommended party as we found the service lacking and not quite professional.
