An excellent and honest agent.

After reviewing and discussing with a few agents and agencies, I chose Golan Flamm and his team at Hodges Caulfield. They handled the sale of my property brilliantly and I was very happy with the service they provided. Golan didn't try to sell me on the highest price achievable (what I wanted) but rather what is realistic and what he expected. This is a true benefit of an real estate agent, someone that wants to build a long term relationship based around trust and honesty rather than simply quoting the highest price possible for a quick sale and more often than not seeing the results come in below par fracturing the vendor-agent relationship. I have to admit that the sale price was closer to what he quoted than what my 'hopeful' figure was. I would also like to make comment that a significant (external) issue arose during the day of the auction which created a great deal of stress for me and the agents. Golan's quick thinking outside the box and calmness under pressure showed me his professionalism and solved the issue at hand and the bidding went ahead without further hindrances It is for these reasons that I highly recommend Golan Flamm and his team at Hodges Caulfield for the sale of your next property.
