Outstanding service and attention to detail

Oren's overall service and attention to detail during our sale campaign and the auction was nothing short of excellent. As fist time home sellers, it was a fairly overwhelming process to begin with. Oren was a very calming influence, he facilitated all of the trades required to fix our home prior to auction with several Facetime calls to convey his reccomendations - his attention to detail really shone through. He also regularly checked on the tradesmen to ensure our home was in the right condition for sale and kept us in the loop accordingly. Having Oren run each of our pre-auction inspections was highly beneficial because he was able to familiarise himself with each of the potential buyers during the process, which ultimately fed in well on auction day. On the auction day itself, whilst we were quite stressed, Oren kept us calm and in control all the way through.
