Goes that extra mile
We've worked with Andrew on a few occasions now- buying and selling. He's not your typical agent who just does the basics. When we moved to Cowra he had time to help us with all sorts of random question on the local area and activities for our children. Now we're selling- contracts are exchanged and locked in. However, he still has time to chase up queries from both us and the buyers. Overall, this stressful period of moving house has been made much easier by having such a great agent on board. Highly recommended for buying and selling.

David Fagan is the Best!!
David's knowledge and understanding of real estate is second to none. Right from the beginning when David met us at the house we were selling I felt comfortable and confident. Great service
Andrew keep us informed along the way and the sale of our house was hassle free and he found a number of potential buyers. He was very sympathetic to current tenants needs when arranging property viewings and has been inspirational in his ideas and very approachable. Transparent
From initial contact with David we were confident he had the ability of striking a balance between our expectations and what could actually be achieved in current market. David's transparent and open communication lacked the standard salesman pitch which we find a turn off and we soon favoured his style over other agents we had made contact with. David's reach into local tradesmen also proved highly beneficial when ours didn't. House was under offer within 5 days of listing. Highly recommend.
