David offered outstanding service from our first meeting with him. He has a thorough understanding of the market and the area. As we did not live in the town, he took over the whole sale process for us, organising trades people and services to prepare the house for sale and then maintenance of the property until completion. He really went above and beyond to support us as a family, showing great kindness and understanding of our circumstances, with nothing that we requested being too much trouble.
