Firstly, we tried to sell with another agent in the area and they valued our house much higher than what it was actually worth and we tried them first as we wanted the highest amount possible. In short we got sucked in by the other agent (DW). On our second attempt we asked all agents to give an appraisal and we found that Nick was the most honest, even though we liked what we heard from the other salesman Nick was honest and that is something that was important to us when we wanted to sell our house.
