We first met Liam in January when we negotiated unsuccessfully to buy a substantial property. Before we continued negotiations Covid hit and we pulled back from any such idea. Fast forward to November, and the first house being sold, we noticed Fletchers had a vacant block on the Barwon river waiting for us to buy. And to our advantage, Liam was the agent. Through Liam and his advice, we made an offer that was accepted with a slight alteration to terms. We trusted Liam to negotiate to the benefit of both vendor and buyer. We are thrilled with our purchase and happy to then give Liam our Ocean Grove house to sell to allow us to build on Peers Cres. Very satisfied with the outcome.
