Charles was a delight to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was not at all pushy in trying to get the sale over the line. His "after sales service" was also first class. The only part of the dealing that we were not thrilled about was the "Dutch auction" with another potential buyer in that we had no idea who we were up against nor how much we had to offer to secure the property. However I presume this process achieved the best result for the vendor.
