A Gentleman.

Charles Caldwell - A very professional performance
Charles was attentive to our needs as a potential buyer and made the process easier by being available and opening the house to suit us when we had to travel to Point Lonsdale. The sale itself was seemless with Charles being evenhanded between the vendor and us to arrive at a suitable price. We were given options of settlement periods which we were able to agree to and the whole process was finalised with a minimum of fuss.
