Rob called us on the Monday for our thoughts after seeing a house he was selling on the weekend- the house wasn't for us but he said after we described what we were looking for that he would keep us in mind. Every week he consistently called to see what he could do to help us buy a house and this showed us his dedication to helping potential buyers. We decided to sell our house before buying and wanted someone as hard working as Rob to do it. Knowing we had experienced first hand how much consistent attention he gives potential buyers we wanted our potential buyers to be just as well looked after. Rob was just as professional when we turned into the seller. We got to sit down and learn about the selling process and when we were ready the campaign began. We received constant updates on all aspects of our house sale with a combination of emails, phone calls and meetings. If we ever had any questions Rob was only phone call away to answer them. We always knew how many potential buyers we had and what there thoughts and comments where from all the follow up phone calls they had received. Rob is a qualified auctioneer so he also did the honours on auction day which made things better because he knew who the buyers where and who would probably be bidding on auction day. With 5 or so bidders competing for our house we were able to get the price we were after. Rob is professional, hard working and has excellent communication skills which is what I believe makes him a good agent.
