We found Ben to be very client focussed, knowledgeable about the industry, always courteous even when we may have frustrated him about something. Leading up to the auction he kept us appraised on progress and feedback from inspections. Auction day he was again very professional, patient as he guided us through the challenging "price haggling" process and is still giving us feedback and guidance.
