Ben did a great job managing the campaign for my property and conducting the auction on the big day! Our property is unusual and defies the standard classifications. On one level, it is a 2 BR, 2 bath property - but is also has an office and a workshop. It is architect designed and maximises the availability of light and passive thermal energy. Ben dealt with our questions and the process very deftly throughout. He kept us well informed as to progress and the level of interest. I think he conducted the auction itself very well too. He kept the interest going and moving well without being overbearing or pushy with buyers - eventually achieving a result we were very happy with. The reason I chose him is that I bought my current property from him 2 years ago and I liked the way he dealt with all parties fairly and competently. In a nutshell: Very happy, would use him again.

From the initial contact Rob takes the time to offer his assurances that he will take care of everything, from providing sales history, pricing information, target markets, and on to sales campaigns, open inspections to auction day and post sales. Rob worked tirelessly to get our property sold; from the sales campaign right up to auction day, where it passed in, but he wasn't done yet. With the greatest of patience and professionalism he managed to encourage an interested party ( who attended the auction, didn't raise a bid and had only seen the property for the first time minutes prior to auction) to have an extended, private inspection of the property, while offering excellent encouragement, and answering the many questions asked.
