Huge thanks to Ben & his team for their excellent service and assistance throughout the recent sale of our wonderful Mum's home. Having grown up and worked in the area for much of his life Ben's knowledge and experience shone throughout the campaign. From the outset he provided sound advice on how to get the unit ready for sale, he provided honest and transparent feedback after each open for inspection and right up until moments before the auction kept us well informed of the level of interest in the property. In the end we got a result that exceeded even our most optimistic hopes - and we can't thank Ben enough. Ben very competently assisted us in selling our parents' home in Blackburn. He was a great communicator and always kept us well informed about potential buyers and what the market was doing.
