From time to time, when considering moving house, I would call Rob and he was always happy to chat and give me his opinion and advice on market trends etc. I found Rob to be extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market and very honest with his advice. I came to realise that He was as not only a skilled salesman but more importantly for us, a genuine and honest person. So when we finally decided to sell our house and move interstate Rob was our obvious choice. Rob more than lived up to our expectations with the sale. He was always available to answer any questions and give us updates no matter what time of the day and always called immediately after the OFI’s to keep us informed. He handled the sale of our property both efficiently and professionally and achieved a fantastic outcome. After the sale our conveyancer even commented to me how prompt and efficient Fletchers were with sending relevant documentation to them. We couldn’t recommend Rob more highly to anybody looking to sell their property.

Rob is an absolute superstar and I can not fault him from start to finish. Not only was he faultless, he goes way above and beyond for his clients. Rob have me options and good advice as to what work needed doing to my property, gave me the contacts to get the work done, helped me buy a property we didn’t think we were in with a chance of getting and then sold our home before the auction date and in just three weeks of going on the market. He answered every phone call, text and email, day or night, promptly. Rob always gives you several options and explains his reasons for each one. And he tells you what he would do if it was his property. I cannot praise Rob high enough. He is true to his word, hard working, explains every situation to you and talks it through. I am so happy we went with Rob and it made the whole (nerve wracking) experience plain sailing. He has my full recommendation and I do not think we would be in the position we are in today without his knowledge, support and expertise. You will not have any regrets choosing Rob as your agent.
