We recently purchased a property in Burwood. Ian helped tremendously during the negotiation process with the vendor. Would have been better if he guided us as prospective buyers on the price however he knew his role is to get the maximum for the vendor therefore I can't fault him for doing his job and having integrity. I would use his service next time I'm selling a property.

Excellent market knowledge and always professional. We were very comfortable liaising with him. Only a small hiccup where he could have been a bit more transparent with us when the purchaser could only manage a 5% deposit. It would have been a "good to know beforehand" situation. As it turned out, we were agreeable.
