We recently purchased a property in Burwood. Ian helped tremendously during the negotiation process with the vendor. Would have been better if he guided us as prospective buyers on the price however he knew his role is to get the maximum for the vendor therefore I can't fault him for doing his job and having integrity. I would use his service next time I'm selling a property.

Excellent market knowledge and always professional. We were very comfortable liaising with him. Only a small hiccup where he could have been a bit more transparent with us when the purchaser could only manage a 5% deposit. It would have been a "good to know beforehand" situation. As it turned out, we were agreeable.

I met Rob at an auction I attended over 10 years ago with my daughter. We were so impressed with his auctioneer skills that I thought if I ever wanted to sell my house I would use him as my selling agent. From time to time, when considering moving house, I would call Rob and he was always happy to chat and give me his opinion and advice on market trends etc. I found Rob to be extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market and very honest with his advice. I came to realise that He was as not only a skilled salesman but more importantly for us, a genuine and honest person. So when we finally decided to sell our house and move interstate Rob was our obvious choice. Rob more than lived up to our expectations with the sale. He was always available to answer any questions and give us updates no matter what time of the day and always called immediately after the OFI’s to keep us informed. He handled the sale of our property both efficiently and professionally and achieved a fantastic outcome. After the sale our conveyancer even commented to me how prompt and efficient Fletchers were with sending relevant documentation to them.
