Of particular note is that Rob listened to our concerns and ideas and came back to us with options. He was working with us. The final sale price was outstanding and unexpected, of greater importance is the fact that the majority of the 8 offers were above the property valuation. Rob’s integrity, enthusiasm and knowledge all played a role in helping to secure such a good sale price. If I were needing to sell another property in Melbourne, I would be straight on the phone to Rob.
