Robert’s market knowledge, particularly of Nunawading and surrounding suburbs is second to none. He is an excellent communicator and negotiator and is clearly a people- person. His professionalism is outstanding. He was the first agent that we saw regarding the sale of our home and there was simply no need to see anyone else afterwards. Without Michelle's Multi-lingual skills, (so important in this area), I doubt we would have achieved the sale that we did. Given the state of the market and he factors against us that weekend, I believe she was the difference between getting a sale and not. She is extremely reliable and easy to work with, but she does not sugar-coat any situation and tells it like it is.
