We were overwhelmed by the amount of effort Rob and Stefan put into selling our home for the price we desired, not to mention their excellent level of communication. Rob's voicemail even changes with the date - an awesome little touch. From video updates(!) to emails, phone calls, and texts, this Fletchers team was always on hand, and consistently on point with updates on our situation. Rob and Stefan used lateral thinking to optimise opportunities, E.G. ensuring open inspection times connected with other homes in the area so groups of prospective buyers could easily check out several homes in a short period of time. However, the most important aspect of our experience worth mentioning was Rob and Stefan's genuine approach to an industry often fraught with those who are willing to bend the rules. Their straightforward, honest approach to both vendors and buyers is worth every cent - they'll tell you how it is; not simply what you want to hear.
