4 and 1/2 stars: Ben's a great agent who got us the result we needed in a challenging market. He guided us through the process thoughtfully and managed our expectations as the market fell during our sales campaign. Ben was polite and courteous with us (the half star off is because we felt he could've been a little firmer and more direct with us at times). Overall, great experience with Ben and we'd recommend him to friends selling in the area.

I’m not sure anyone looks forward to the process of selling a property and I certainly wasn’t. We identified Ben to assist us based on a number of transaction in nearby streets and are simply delighted with the decision. Ben and his team have been super to deal with all the way through a successful sale process. He provided a comprehensive valuation and recommendation with great supporting documents. All people we met through the time the property was on the market were friendly, courteous and respectful. Our property sold in a timely fashion at a price right on prediction, even at a quiet time in the market. We always felt Ben was working in our best interest. We would recommend him unhesitatingly and would engage him ourselves whenever we next transact.

Rob kept us all informed throughout the whole campaign. He was easy to deal with and maintained regular contact. Unfortunately we did not sell at our auction. We resisted the pressure to immediately drop our price and 3 weeks later eventually had a successful private sale at the bottom of our reserve range. Rob worked very hard to negotiate the purchasers up in price and in securing an unconditional deal. This was a great outcome in this market. Thank you. With hindsight, I would not choose an auction approach in this market, but go to a private sale instead.

I found Ben to be a straight forward honest, yes, honest man his advice was accurate even if it didn't like it and as a result he was able to sell my home within 3 months of signing. I wish all agents were like him.
