I originally had three valuations for my late mother and fathers property. My first impression of Mr. Ben Williams was; he was punctual, very informative, friendly, easy to understand able to communicate to both myself and my sister, both of us who didn't have a lot of experience in the selling of a property. Over the period leading up to the sale of the property, he was in constant contact, with both the real estate market information and the progress of the inspections and what was needed to be done by myself prior to the auction. I relied heavily upon his expertise and knowledge when making any decisions along the journey and on the day of the auction.
