We had seen Rob complete a number of auctions in our local area and were very impressed with his approach, so had him appraise our home when we were wanting to sell. From the outset, Rob was friendly and easy to work with, he gave us a realistic understanding of where the market was at in our area and throughout the sale process continued to keep us updated and informed of the progress of the campaign. He was excellent at reading prospective buyers and gauging their level of interest in the property, which was such an important aspect to keep our expectations realistic.
