Ben Williams looked after the auction of my Uncle's unit and we found him to be professional and courteous. He had great communication skills and always kept us informed with anything relating to the unit. Whenever he made appointments with us, he was prompt and spent as much time as we needed explainging all the details of the auction. On the day itself, it was absolutely pouring with rain, but this did not deter Ben. He worked hard on our behalf and we reached a good result. We recently engaged Rob to sell our property in Nunawading and were extremely impressed from start to finish. From the very first phone call Rob was warm and engaging, and it seemed to be more of a partnership than just a business transaction. We interviewed four agents and while the others presented well, Rob was the only one who offered a clear strategic plan that was specifically tailored to our situation. During the sales process Rob was honest, enthusiastic and approachable, and was also more than happy to accommodate a couple of rather idiosyncratic requests I made. Ben was great. I only saw one agent in the beginning because I felt very comfortable with Ben and believed he was going to do a good job with the sale of my house. I wasn't wrong! Ben was very easy to deal with and kept me up to date with the results of the opens etc. I felt that the information he gave me was realistic and that he managed my expectations very well. I couldn't really fault him. The result was a sale at auction $70k over my reserve. I highly recommend Ben and the team at Fletchers.
