Ben Williams was recommended to me through a second party. I contacted Ben and found him very interested from the first phone call. We made an appointment. He arrived on time and was well prepared for the task. We talked about the property, he then walked around the whole property while paying particular attention to the interior. We agreed to have an auction. Ben then through the various processes in a professional matter. The open for inspections was carried out in a similar manner. On the day of the auction Ben explained in detail how the auction would be conducted. 60 people attended the auction. The result was great!

On first meeting Rob greeted me with a smile and had a calming aura about him which was very important to me at that time.The process of planning to sell was explained in a clear way and reassurance given that they would look after everything .His preperation was clear and even though I was overwhelmed and emotional I felt very safe to let Rob take on the job of selling my parents home.
