We had little genuine interest over the campaign, and the property was passed in less than 180k than our reserve. Mark was able to negotiate his way through a small number of parties and achieve more than our reserve, within 25 mins of the auction. Ben was different from the other agents we interviewed because rather than tell us what we wanted to hear pre-sale he gave us genuine market advice which was backed up by the research we had done ourselves. Along the way we were informed in detail how the campaign was travelling and step by step how we were moving forward. On auction day we successfully sold for above reserve in a market where clearance rates were significantly down. Would use again.

Robert cheerfully presented his strategies and policies clearly and concisely and welcomed our opinions and expectations prior to agreeing on the overall marketing schedule. We selected Robert and his team after viewing and attending local auctions which Robert himself was the auctioneer. I work in the real estate industry in Sydney and I have never been as impressed as I was with the actions and continuing service of this real estate office team. Robert and his team delivered an honest and well organised campaign as promised.
