From my initial contact with Kristian Williams right through to handover, Kristian and the Fletchers team have been outstanding. His excellent and constant communication, knowledge, delivery on all required actions and promises made me feel at ease and the entire leasing process stress free and actually enjoyable. He was able to obtain the rental price I wanted and met all the the KPIs set. He never pushed any unnecessary costs or elements. Of note was his constant daily communication/s regarding applicant/application updates, leasing agreements, checklists, legal obligations etc. Office followup regarding agreements and changes was also prompt and communicated effectively and professionally.
