Kristian and Tim were absolutely fantastic. Our experience with our previous property manager at Nelson Alexandra was completely unprofessional. They served the wrong notice to vacate, causing significant and irreversible stress for our family. Kristian and his team quickly stepped in, fully aware of the mess that needed fixing. They handled the situation with utmost professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend their team to anyone in search of a trustworthy agency to represent them.
