Made the process incredibly easy and smooth as I began renting out my property. Organised viewings easily and that had minimal impact upon me and regularly communicated about the progress of the listing. Were professional as each step was worked through.

Justine Sawford and Victor Hua with fletchers Blackburn/Canterbury have been a delight to work with. They are prompt with communication, give well informed advice in regards to rental market appraisal and tenant assessment, and give a refreshing objective take on property management. I am lucky to be in their capable hands, and would definitely use them again if the chance were to arise.

It's been excellent overall. The transition from one agent to another requires a little patience but overall good outcomes. I must mention Tonya Davidson as a terrific buyer and seller advocate.
