Brooke Warwick from Fletchers Real Estate has just helped us sell a property in Hawthorn. Brooke brought a deep understanding of property in Melbournes east to this task and achieved a significantly higher price for our small apartment than we anticipated. Brooke brought energy, enthusiasm and total professionalism to the task . Her communication was clear and her support of us was constant. Thank you so very much Brooke

We couldn’t be happier with our experience selling through Spring Chen from Fletchers. From the very first meeting, Spring impressed us with her deep local knowledge, strategic marketing plan, and strong negotiation skills. Her professionalism and confidence gave us full trust — and she delivered beyond expectations! Spring achieved a record price for our home in Surrey Hills, far exceeding what other agents had suggested. She managed every detail with precision — from presentation advice, buyer follow-ups, to auction strategy — and kept us informed every step of the way. If you’re looking for an agent who is driven, honest, and delivers outstanding results, Spring is the one to call. We can’t recommend her highly enough!
