Outstanding local area agent. Spring was able to help the vendor, an elderly longtime local resident, to navigate the selling process of the family home. In these challenging market conditions, Spring was successful in negotiating a good outcome for the seller, and a good outcome for the buyer. A job well done!

Jeremy did a great job selling our property. He didn't muck us around like other real estate agents have done, and he was very honest, both about pricing and potential buyer interest. He worked hard to ensure a sale at a reasonable price. We are very happy with the outcome.

In all our dealings, we found Spring enthusiastic, prepared and proactive. One key reason we selected Spring and the broader Fletchers’ team to sell our long term family home was their reputation in the Surrey Hills market - we were not disappointed. The speed and the no fuss manner in how Spring and the Fletchers team assisted us in getting our home “sale ready” was first rate and the sale outcome exceeded our expectations from a speed, ease and price perspective. Thanks Spring and Fletchers.

Spring was a pleasure to deal with, just like having a good friend in your corner. She was authentic and genuine to understand our requirements yet had a very strong understanding of the local housing market, the buyers for the area and homes like ours and was outstanding in her communication and recommendations throughout the sale. Our auction day was outstanding. Spring knew the buyers intimately and engaged with them driving the price well over reserve. We highly recommend Spring.
