When you decide to sell a property you look to have someone with profressionalism, market knowledge and great communications skills to help you achieve this. Not knowing Jeremy before this event, when I met him for the first time he has an aura around him that smells of all these skills. He developed a programme of price and marketing that made me comfortable right at the start. When the auction did not go well his assurance of the strength of the marketing was very comforting. And we continued with it for a little while with all his reports of interest shown in the property. He also advised on the different offers made, advising which one to accept unconditionally. Till we were made the current offer which he advised we accept as it exceeded all our expections. So here we are processing this great offer in many terms - price, condition of sales and length of the sales term. All very pleasing terms for the sale. What a wonderful job achieved by Jeremy and his team. If I had another property to sell I would not hsitate to use Jeremy again.
