We recently sold our home and would highly recommend Ben Williams. While the market wasn't as favourable to vendors as we would have liked, and we had to lower our expectations price wise, we still sold our home and, overall, had a positive experience. In our experience, Ben communicated regularly, openly and promptly and was always pleasant and friendly to deal with, making himself available on Sundays and public holidays where required which exceeded our expectations.
