There was a reason we chose David Taylor from Fletchers to sell our late Mum's home and that was because we knew he has a great personal knowledge of the local Glen Iris/Camberwell area. Along with that local knowledge and experience, we had also seen David's professionalism, great advice and meticulous attention to detail before when he assisted our Mum in both the sale of her previous home in Beryl Street, Glen Iris and the purchase of her Maverston Street property. Really there was no choice to be made! David's reliability, empathy and guidance has made an otherwise difficult job of selling our Mum's home a stress-free exercise with a wonderful final sale price achieved.

Spring is a crucial member of the Tim Heavyside/Fletchers team. Giving a warm and friendly welcome to potential buyers. She is organised, professional and punctual. She provided detailed feedback to me after each opening. She worked very effectively with Tim on auction day to get me a result I was very happy with.

Mark's approach, advice and urgency ensured we hit the market at the right time resulting in an outstanding sale price. Upon engaging with Mark we were unsure about when to put our property on the market with the end of year fast approaching. Mark's advice to get started on our campaign straight away as well as assisting us in coordinating trades for improvements prior to campaign kick-off was vital. Once the campaign started his follow up was excellent and when we received an offer before auction, his strategy when negotiating with interested parties meant we were able to achieve a price far beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Mark and his outstanding team.

Finding the right agent to sell your property is a difficult and daunting task. After speaking to a few different agents I was lucky to find Ben Williams. He was very approachable and knowledgeable and he knows the local market conditions very well. He was very easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. He kept me informed throughout the campaign and his relaxed and friendly manner made the whole process very easy. His advice was always spot on and his relaxed and friendly nature makes you feel confident that your property will sell for the desired price. On Auction day nothing was left to chance and Ben was in total control. The price he achieved was well above the reserve. Thanks Ben and team.

Spring was a critical part of the Fletchers / Tim Heavyside side for the sale of our property. Her consummate skill in dealing with Chinese buyers in particular is nothing short of extraordinary. A wonderful person and an even better negotiator. Thank you for working with us.
