Mark's approach, advice and urgency ensured we hit the market at the right time resulting in an outstanding sale price. Upon engaging with Mark we were unsure about when to put our property on the market with the end of year fast approaching. Mark's advice to get started on our campaign straight away as well as assisting us in coordinating trades for improvements prior to campaign kick-off was vital.
