We had no doubt that Fletchers would handle the sale of our property in a professional manner. Their attention with the campaign and keeping us informed on how the campaign was progressing gave us a lot of confidence and the results proved this to be so.

We had a very positive experience selling our home through jeremy. We selected him based on our previous experience both buying and selling through jeremy and are very glad we did. We will be selling another property in the next few months and fully intend to engage jeremy again.

David Taylor has recently sold a property for me and I could not be happier with both the process that he undertook and the result of the sale. I saw him conduct an auction for a friend selling their house and was very impressed so he was my first choice when selling my property. I was and am happy with the whole process and cannot speak highly enough of David and the people working with him.
David Taylor
David, John and Tim did an amazing job throughout the campaign. They provided great advice with preparing the property for sale and had a great marketing team who prepared all the materials for the campaign. During the campaign they were at the property prior to each open to set up and were ready to greet potential buyers as they arrived. Their experience and expertise in selling properties in the area was of great benefit. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Guy Coles. He works closely with Jeremy Desmier at Fletchers to keep his clients informed and supported throughout the sales process. A true professional.
Guy Coles
I have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy Desmier. He is an outstanding communicator and works hard to ensure his client is well informed and comfortable with the sales process. He is also an outstanding Auctioneer, who reads an auction crowd incredibly well. A class act.
