Amazing Team!
I’ve been with Stockdale & Leggo for more than 10 years, and the service has always be first class. Even with the Stage 4 restrictions in place I feel their service hasn’t failed.

First time landlord experience
Being a first time landlord I was very nervous that we would get the tenants from hell as you see in the media. I found that our agent was knowledgeable and patient. They always communicate with us open and honestly. The process of finding tenants, screening applicants and all the way through to regular inspections they keep us informed and answer any questions that we may have.

They were always responsive to my calls & were able to craft innovative solutions to get the property in shape to advertise & then to get a top tenant in at the appropriate rent
