Ekansh was a great help and lead the process easily and efficiently and with great results.
From the first time I spoke to Ekansh about selling my unit, he managed the process professionally and efficiently. Ekansh made arrangements to view my unit, prepared paperwork and gave me a realistic price range for the sale and then kept me briefed in a timely way about who was interested. The property sold after 8 days on the market! And I was very happy with the price. Ekansh called only when necessary and kept to the point, was able to explain what his, the conveyancer and my actions needed to be, and so, nothing was a surprise. All our contact was by phone and email and the sale process occurred solely online, which also was a good help, given I don't live near where my investment property was. I would wholly recommend Ekansh and the way he practices his profession.

Head and Shoulders above other agents
we met with several estate agents when looking to sell our house and Ekansh and the team from Stockdale and Leggo Cranbourne were by far the most impressive. All others were very vague about commission costs which made me very uncomfortable, but Ekansh was very upfront and explained everything regarding commission and marketing costs. he was easy to contact and always kept us up to date with what was happening. and best of all, they got us a price far beyond what we were expecting would highly recommend Ekansh and team from Stockdale and Leggo Cranbourne to anyone looking to sell
