Having been a Conveyancer for most of my life, I am well aware of things Real Estate Agents get up to! Not 'Stockies', though! We had been on the market for 120 days with another Agent and not even had one person to view our property. I then went onto a website that found all sorts of things - including Estate Agents. I picked three. One of them didn't turn up for the inspection and the other was the NO buyers one. THEN, OK we said we'll give it to Stockies. WELL. blow me down with a feather, as my old Mum would say. We had the first offer in 16 days and a firm conditional Contract within three weeks. We are an 'elderly' couple and they took our circumstances on board and ran with it. So grateful to the wonderful team that Ekansh leads.

Great Sale of my Property In Cranbourne

I found EK to be very knowledgeable about his trade and thorough in his methods
I was impressed with his presentation and work rate. However i was surprised how he left it to the marketing to sell the property and not efforts from his office in the way of existing customer enquiries and or data bases. I feel that it was a sit back and wait for the enquiries o come from opens and web searches. I guess the market has changed.

Good Experience
