Transparent and excellent communication.
When selling my home. Jon would always returned my calls and checked in with me for updates regularly. He was efficient & direct to the point and would help with the smallest of details. Jon was proactive and always willing to go the extra mile. Nothing was ever a problem and all matters were addressed in a timely manner. Considering the difficult time in realestate with covid19 around, open houses cancelled due to government rule and realestate at a go slow, Jon and his team stayed confident and came though with a great outcome for my sale. I highly recommend Fletchers Doreen.

Down to earth and very helpful
Nick actually met me at a very different property to the one I ended up purchasing, but his suggestion of this property and advice around buying my first home was very important in me making this big decision. He was happy to answer the million questions I had and even provided advice on how to approach banks with regard to obtaining a mortgage during these uncertain COVID times. Thank you!

Selling House During Covid-19
Nick was fantastic! The experience was stress free. I was very unsure at the time whether I was making the right decision to sell our house during COVID-19 market, but Nick got us what we wanted. He adapted to the current situation including restrictions and advertising. I am so grateful to of had a experience agent take care of the sale of my house. Mediocre Purchasing Experience.
Satisfactory knowledge of the real estate industry and *okay* to deal with as far as a given buyer is concerned, Standard old real estate agent narrative though - remarkable communicative efforts in endeavour to promptly obtain section 32 signatures and deposit of sale, thence, once deposit clears and sale is assured communication miraculously ceases (to the extent where I had to request a receipt of transfer of my fairly substantial 10% deposit). All in all, OK experience, wasn't expecting much less, or adversely, much more.
