We have dealt with Nick on and off for the last 5 years for various reasons including both purchasing and selling and every time we have been in contact with Nick it has been a great experience. He is knowledgeable, respectful and genuinely a great guy! He will give his honest opinion and go the extra mile for you and keep you in the loop at all times, you never feel like you’re on your own when you’re dealing with Nick. When selling our house, it was seamless and easy. Nick gave his professional recommendations on our house and what we needed to fix or how we could best decorate it and from then on it felt like he had done everything for us and we just needed to sign the dotted line. Our house was also sold before open inspections which is a true indication of the customer service you’ll receive from nick, from both a buyer and sellers perspective. What we love most about nick is the after sale customer service. He touches base with us every now and then, has invited us to ‘client nights’ and he’s the type of guy that will stop and say hello on the street, even a year after your sale or purchase.
