Dimitri is an exceptional, calm, experienced, professional, agent. Through my recent Sale Hell, of dealing with an inept conveyancer, causing a cancelled auction, to securing a much needed sale price. From beginning to end Dimitri was steadfast and diligent and if you get the opportunity to secure him as you're agent. I promise you will not be disappointed. Thankyou Dimitri and I look forward to securing you for my future property needs.

We had a great experience working with Karen. She was always helpful, informative, and made time for us throughout the process. What we appreciated most was her no-pressure approach. She gave us space to make decisions without any salesy talk or nonsense. Compared to other agents we met, she stood out for her honesty and calm professionalism. Highly recommend!

I am extremely thankful to both Des Lorkin & Kav Fernando for the successful sale of my unit in Dandenong. It was on the market for less than 2 weeks when both of them worked extremely professionally to obtain the best price. I wish them the best in their work in the real estate industry & will have no hesitation in recommending them to our friends & relatives

Karen was very personable in helping me prepare for sale. She was transparent and up front about costs, market assessing, and appropriate range for the value of my property. She kept me in the loop the whole time, making sure if I had any questions or needed any additional support when I was preparing for styling, meeting workmen on sight or trying to keep nosy neighbours away. I was grateful to have her expertise and patience when going to auction, guiding me through the steps and understanding what to expect. I thank her so much for the laughs as well along the way.

He worked for us. Dimitry was always contactable and therefore available for discussion no matter when we contacted him. He kept us 'up-to-date' and gave us appropriate and useful advice when we needed it. He knows the market we were 'selling into' and, given that experience, was always able to apply new tactics to help the sale succeed. A positive character and always approachable - we highly recommend him.

Kav & Des from Fletchers did an amazing job from start to finish, they were both friendly and helpful & they were always phone call away & handled Ny queries promptly and professionally. Overall I would highly recommend both Des & Kav to sell or buy your new home in the future as I experienced their experienced & friendly nature. I will definitely be using them in the future.
