Karen was very personable in helping me prepare for sale. She was transparent and up front about costs, market assessing, and appropriate range for the value of my property. She kept me in the loop the whole time, making sure if I had any questions or needed any additional support when I was preparing for styling, meeting workmen on sight or trying to keep nosy neighbours away. I was grateful to have her expertise and patience when going to auction, guiding me through the steps and understanding what to expect. I thank her so much for the laughs as well along the way.

Kav was amazing. He was completely professional, knew the market and was an exceptional help to me with finding a buyer that met my requirements within a very tight time frameand a market that was becoming difficult. He went above and beyond to assist me and my family with our move out of Kitmont Street. He always followed up all matters to do with the sale and kept me informed of progress.
