I recently sold my apartment at 115 Neerim Road, Glen Huntly, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome. After interviewing more than half a dozen agents over 3-years, I chose Dimitri, as his advice was practical and his strategy for positioning the property in the current market was spot on. We went-through off-market and on-market campaign. As I was based overseas throughout the entire on-market campaign after I cleared the apartment when the tenant vacated, I needed an agent I could trust implicitly to manage the process in my absence. First Home Purchase - Easy as it could be!

Dimitri was awesome throughout the whole process. He knows his properties, the area and even had great tips about potential changes I could make later on. The staging of the property was well done, and helped someone like me, who is a bit less visual, see "what could be". I knew that if there were any questions, I could almost certainly find out from him. Buying my first home solo naturally came with a lot of nerves and unknowns, but everything was much more manageable thanks to Dimitri's friendliness and helpful attitude. My parents are both real estate agents, so I can confidently recommend Dimitri to anyone considering purchasing a property through him!
